The Hebrew University Youth Division aspires to empower and deepen the involvement of the university in its surrounding community. Our activities focus on connecting children and youngsters to scientific research and broadening their horizons in various academic areas of knowledge. We emphasize values that lead to academic excellence, multidisciplinarity, creativity, multiculturalism, internationalism, and the connection between the community and academics in Jerusalem.
The university aims to pique the curiosity of youngsters, broaden their horizons, and encourage them to acquire a higher education in the future; All while providing them with tools for critical analysis, fostering creating thinking, and enabling them to experience the forefront of scientific research.
The university emphasizes the development of excelling students, offering equal opportunities to youngsters from underprivileged populations and providing enrichment activities to science-oriented youth.
The activities held by the Hebrew University Youth Division are conducted in collaboration with various foundations, government ministries, municipalities, research institutions, and elite companies leading Israeli industries.
